Write to support@nashira.life. A person reads it. Nashira has no accounts, so there is no ticket number and nothing to log in to — just reply to the thread and we'll pick up where we left off.
Most questions are answered faster if the first message includes:
Please don't send anything you'd rather keep private. We don't need your birth details to investigate a bug, and we'd rather not have them — see the privacy policy for why.
Chart positions come from the Swiss Ephemeris, and the usual culprit is the birth data rather than the arithmetic — a birth time entered in the wrong time zone, or a birthplace that matched a similarly named town. Check those first in the person's details. If they're right and the placement still disagrees with a chart you trust, write to us with both and we'll work out which of us is wrong.
Houses and angles are the part that moves most with the birth time. If you're unsure of your time, Nashira marks which parts of the chart that uncertainty actually affects.
You can leave it out. Planets and signs are still computed; houses, the ascendant and the midheaven are the placements that need a time, and the app tells you which readings are standing on softer ground without one.
Readings are written by a language model from the real positions in your chart, and they can be clumsy or plainly wrong about you. That's worth telling us — send us the reading and what it got wrong. It is also worth saying plainly: Nashira is for reflection, not advice, and not a prediction. The terms are the long version of that.
Plus is sold by Apple, so the subscription lives in your Apple Account rather than with us: on your device, Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Refunds are Apple's to give — ask for one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We never see your payment details and can't cancel or refund on your behalf. If a subscription you've paid for isn't showing up in the app, tell us and we'll help you work out where it went.
Try Restore Purchases in the app's Settings, and check that the device is signed in to the Apple Account that bought the subscription. Family sharing takes a moment to propagate to another family member's device.
Your people, notes, crystals and saved readings live on the device, not on our servers. An encrypted iPhone or iCloud backup carries them to a new phone. Deleting the app deletes them, and we have no copy to restore from — so if you're about to delete, back up first.
There's a daily cap on readings per installation, to keep the service affordable without accounts. It resets each day. If you're hitting it in ordinary use, tell us — the cap is meant to catch abuse, not you.
Delete the app. That's all of it. We hold no account, no profile and no copy of your chart, so there's nothing on our side to erase. The privacy policy sets out exactly what the service does and does not keep.
Vulnerabilities go to security@nashira.life rather than through support. We'll confirm receipt, and we won't pursue researchers who report in good faith and give us reasonable time to fix the issue. The details are in our security.txt.
Questions about data protection, or a request under a law that grants you rights over your personal data, go to privacy@nashira.life.
